What glue

What glue should I use to glue a 8"x20" piece of marine upholstery vinyl to the dash of my boat? The dash is painted with a 2 part polyurethane.

Scuff the paint up and use some plain ole' contact cement. Coat both, let dry and slap it on. Once applied you won't be able to "adjust" the vinyl so make sure it's where you want it. :D
