Recently I had the upper drive and some lower drive parts/unit replaced, due to a submerged tree collision. Since it has been back on the water I have ran into a problem with water in the cylinder’s. It makes cranking somewhat impossible! I was told it was do to water getting past a "flutter valve"?? We removed all the spark plugs and cranked until there was no more water coming out. I never had this problem before and was wondering what I can do to correct the issue. I have a 1996 22 ft. Colbalt, with an Alpha Drive (I/O), 350 Merc. This has happened twice since the boat was repaired.
