OK gang I know someone knows the answer to this. I am replacing my trim motor on my '86 Merc 75 OB with a nice Mallory updated motor kit. Things were going well until the new motor base plate didn't line up with the old (seemingly fine) trim pump. The instructions tell you to remove the pump to get it ready to go on the new motor but HOW DO YOU GET THE PUMP OUT? It seems like it should just pull out with the trim motor but I don't want to go pulling on it and break something. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
