1989 110 hp Johnson

My 1989 110hp Johnson shuts off when im at full throttle! In order for it to not shut off i have to keep pumping the ball while at full throttle! I already changed out the standard fuel pump and it still shuts off!

Does anybody have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

It could be sucking air in the lines but I'm more inclined to think you have crud in the carbs.
