Eerything working great on the lake. Guiding the boat onto the trailer with a bow rope...I asked my brother if he had raised the drive all the way up. Famous last words. Apparently he forgot and it was all the way down...
as I'm winching the boat onto the trailer it feels more difficult than usual. Yes, the drive is dragging. He raises it, and it goes all the way up okay. Boat was resting on skeg on cement ramp as the boat kinda moved when he did this. Pulled boat out of water. Now trim does not work at all. No clicking, power, nothing when I hit the remote control switches. Reset breaker, battery is charged.
Did the impact of the skeg resting on the bottom damage the pump in the boat? Just guessing, could it by "hydro" locked?
