I have a 98 40 hp Force on my pontoon boat. I have a 8 pitch prop, the problem is it will not go over 3200 rpm's. I have tried to adjust the throttle linkage to open the throttle farther but when i did that my idle ran up to about 1500 rpm, i am looking for info on how to adjust everything so that i get WOT out of this motor without affecting the low rpm, any help would be appreciated.
