Hey guys, I've got a 1983 235 Johnson that USED to be a great running engine till somoene ran it with no water for a while... now I've got 3 pistons that broke the ring lands and the rings,,, the cylinders are mildly scored, but i think i could hone them and put some new pistons in it... would this engine be worth putting new pistons in or should i just junk it... around how much would 3 new pistons cost? i know automotive pistons run in the 20-50$ range...
