I received this outboard from my neighbor and he from someone else. When I came to own it, I found that it had no head. The cylinders look like they were in good shape and the starter will turn the engine over. Perhaps the old head cracked or leaked and it was never replaced. My problem is that dealers say i wont be able to find part for it. Does anyone have any tips for me? Or does anyone know if any other models used the same head?
