Does anyone know how to figure out the year and hp?

I have an Evinrude Sportsman Outboard and have no clue how to figure out the year and the horsepower. The serial number is 4425-02750 if that helps. Any information would be appreciated! Mike

Model 4425 is a 1.5HP, made from 1948 to 1951.
