While running on the water my motor stopped running and now will only start in nuetral wont idle or start in idle position and wont run under load. New gas in tank with seafoam in it.

What motor do you have? have you checked all wiring? And also clarify what you said, Idle position is typically neutral but above you say it wont start in either?? then how are you starting it?
