You can get a water pump kit here at iboats marine store. A manual is very helpful. All you have to do is take off the lower unit. The water pump is bolted on the lower unit at the drive shaft. Unbolt the water pump cover and lift off cover. The impeller also slides up the drive shaft to remove. There is a key in the impeller and the drive shaft that keeps the impeller from slipping when spinning. don't loses the key. When you replace the impeller and gaskets from the kit reassemble the same way it was when you disassembled it.
