1985 25 hp johnson misfiring 1 cyclinder

hey i am working on a 1985 25 hp johnson and i just got done rebuilding it. It spun the upper crank bearing. But my question was what do i do if i am misfiring on one cyclinder at idle. Model Number J25RLC0S E6070912.

Please help.!!

What is your compression?
Have you determined which cylinder is misfiring?
Have you narrowed it down to spark or fuel?

double-check that the spark plug wires aren't crossed.
