After the engine has been warmed up, the engine will stall when you hit the throttle hard (trying to pull a skier out of the hole). The water and fuel pumps have been changed. The fuel filter is clean. It only seems to stall when the engine is warm. When I finally get the boat going at full throttle, the power surges and the tachometer shows the RPM's dropping and recovering. Is it sucking air through a fuel line, or could this happen if I get a bad tank of fuel. I have sort of ruled out the bad tank of fuel as after we had the pumps changed the engine worked well for a few months and then started to do the same thing. What am I missing?

Did you check to see if you had a spark issue, sounds to me like a coil may be failing, you need a DVA tester to check the ignitions on outboard.Or maybe a vaccum leak on the fuel pump
