where in i boats can i find the exact kit to rebuild my carbs. hope it comes with instructions. cause this is my first attempt to do it yourself idea?? 18-7046 is the part i found is that correct. all those are out of stock now what ?? i want the one with the float? or is it 18-2222 and where is a promo code found?

seeing that iboats is out of stock, ishopmarine.com has them Brp OEM number carb kit 393872 does not have float, but need one for each carb. your float is plastic, and unless damaged, should not need replacing. the float OEM # 383437.

I got my carb kits at the local NAPA store - they actually had them in stock! Less than $20 a piece.

oem # for that carb? with out that i cant find nothing. gonna look again tash

I believe the p/n for carb kit for that motor is 0393872 (0439076 later version). At least that's what ishopmarine IPB says.

Edit: Sorry, tashadaddy. I see you had already posted that info.

you was right napa does carry them just cant get that model # carb kit for me

That's weird. 18-7046 is the same kit for my 85hp. Maybe you need to talk to a different clerk??

confusion. thanks. ill keep pluging away. sure to find something out. why i keep putting off a manual. like most of us. THROW THE INSTRUCTIONS AWAY WHO NEEDS THEM. I CAN DO IT WITHOUT THEM. my wife can quote me on that one. then i spend a hour the next day looking thru the trash for them. :D
