That's a 1965, Donna. One of the best little outboards ever made.

Official fuel mix is 50:1, though some would recommend a more oil-rich mix like 32:1 or 24:1.

Spark plug are Champion J4C (replaced J4J) gapped at .030"

Magneto points are set at .020"

As the name implies, the Yachtwin is intended for use as an auxillary motor on a sailboat. Has a large flat prop for shoving heavy loads around. Not that you can't use it for other things too. It's brother, the Lightwin has weedless drive for use by the fisherman. Other than the lower units, same motor.
