Waterproof case for laptop

I have a handheld GPS and the serial cable to connect to the laptop as well as moving map software and the charts for the area where I boat and I'm interested in a waterproof and possibly shockproof case for the laptop. The goal is to use an external LCD display and wireless trackball (both mounted to the console) to run the software and keep the laptop safely tucked away.

Has anyone come across something like this? I know a marine GPS would be the better solution but for the cost of a 13" lcd display versus a large screen GPS I think the laptop and external display would be my best bet.

Thanks.

Re: Waterproof case for laptop

I've seen those Toughbooks in fact a friend has one in his offroad rig that he uses with his GPS. Same thing I'm looking to do but he doesn't need waterproof. I'll have to see if I can find one of those for a decent price otherwise I'll be looking at a GPS/Fishfinder combo.
