Noticed Lower unit oil Leaking from bottom of Prop, So I took prop off and seen that the 2 screws holding the housing in were shered off and stuck in the prop got those out and put new ones in. That did not fix the problem when I put new Lower Unit oil in it Leaks out faster than I put it in How do I fix this, do I need new rubber or what>
