I have a 17' Sea Ray bowrider. I would like to put a trolling motor on it. I am a novice to boating and can't figure out quite how to do it, or if it's even a possibility. Anyone out there have any suggestions?

you can have a alluminum pod made. or depending on your swimgrid you could mount one there. inboard ,make a pod, outboard, mount a bracket. if your boat is 2500 lbs or less you can use a 8 hp if more use a 9.9. you can jion into your exsisting fuel line. measure from your mount for the kicker to your lower hull to find out want leg length you need.
