Ive found that ford power steering can be hard to bleed all the air out of it.So what ive done was took a old cap and made a nipple in it to accept a vacume hose.Then i put vacume to it wile the engine was running after it was installed back on the power steering pump.It took a few trys but did work.This princible may also work on other hydralic systems.
