Ok, I have a very weird coolant leak and cannot seem to find the problem. The engine is a 4cyl 88 mercury. When I fill the coolant up it leaks from the impeller opening in the outdrive. Had the heat exchanger checked and it is ok. The gasket on the exhaust elbow is also ok. I dont know where this line crosses the sea water lines. I need any help I can get. I really want to get my boat back out but the mechanics at our 2 biggest boat shops and marina have no idea. I would appreciate any help. Thanks
