I am in the process of changing my boat from a S/C to a C/C while doing so I will be adding a bait well and a live well I want to be able to run both at one time or separate. I am not sure of the best way to do this. I plan on using bronze sea **** and a strainer for the water inlet. However space and funds are limited. So I?d like to only have one water inlet and outlet.
I am planning on using a 2? outlet for both. Will this be adequate?
For the Inlet I have few ideas:
Most live well pumps are ??. So one ideas is to use a 1 ?? inlet and have a ?T? split it with 2 bilge pump type live well pumps. I like this idea due to the fact I can run each pump when I want by flipping a switch.
Next Idea:
Use a ?? inlet with a high volume wash down type pump. I split it after the pump and use an on/off spray head to regulate which one and when each well gets water
I am open to any ideas and suggestion!!
Thanks in advance
