The ser# is 4120445, I need a complete harness with all the switches (ignition, choke, kill switch, etc.). Do these come complete or do you order these seperately? The plug has the 4 small holes at the top and the 2 large holes down by the neck with 2 more small holes. Also, is there a way to pull start the motor without the plug to the harness attached?
