I suppose "Emergency Fuel Enrichment" switch is not the proper name, also it runs in the "open" position, not "on". After removing the lid/cover from the motor, the switch is red, odd shaped, and is partially hidden behind the air filter(?), between the carburetor and the oil tank. It has three positions: normal, open, closed.
I do not have an owner's manual, and I'm better at working on things made from wood, not internal combustion stuff.
