I took off my SS prop to be repaired, and might have screwed up the re-install as the prop seems to wobble a tiny bit. SS round 'washer' on first, then prop, then rubber washer/bushing then castle nut and cotter pin? Had to back offcastle nut a bit to get cotter pin in-is that okay? Thanks.

Sounds right to me except maybe for the nut torque. It should be fairly tight. But with a plastic spline washer you can't overdo that either without risking splitting it. So I'd say you should be just fine. A tiny bit of wobble isn't unusual. You might want to give the prop a spin and watch the center of the propshaft for wobble just in case the propshaft might be bent.
