1984 Evinrude 15 HP electric start

I may be getting a 1984 Evinrude Short Shaft 15 HP with electric start from a friend.
my question is this will go on a older sears 14 alum boat, what is the best way to set-up the start for this as this boat has no cockpit or anything? not sure if it is possible or worth it to change to a pull start

can anyone tell what it would take to use the electric start (i can mount a key switch under seat or out of way spot) any help getting ready would be great

Is it a tiller steer? You may want think this through. Hooking up electric start is not a problem but steering it sure will be maybe.

yes it is tiller steer
can you guide me through this or point me to diagrams that will?
