No fire at plugs on 28 hp tsc

We have check the wiring. Compression is 120+, fuel is new, but NO spark at the plugs.

I have disconnected the main control wiring harness and located the wiring for start, choke etc....

Any ideas?

the choke and throttle can be worked manually, you can ground the motor to battery with jumper cables, and positive post of battery to larger post on starter. careful it may start. or you can just turn over with the rope to check for spark. with the harness unplug it can run with out the controls. if you still have no spark here are some test, there are several pages here, so find you engine. http://www.boatpartstore.com/page29.asp
