Older Mercury needs help

I have an old - possibly 1963 Mercury 120. I am just getting it running and of course every thing is so old that I have to keep replacing parts and pieces. Is there a good manual still available for this motor? Is there a place to purchase parts for this baby? I have not been able to find any ID numbers, where should they - could they be?

a lot of these old ones are a number stamped on the block, sometimes on a frost plug

Thanks I'll check on the block. Have looked around some but haven't really found anything that looks like I D type number.
