Bad Solenoid & what is the oil ratio

I have a old 1972 80 hp mercy outboard motor. Is there an OEM solenoid available for this motor or can I use a different model? Also what is the oil ratio per gallon of gas for this motor?

Fuel ratio is 50:1, not sure about the other question.
