Symptom seems to be engine starts fine, automatic choke works fine (it's is a little plunger in a transparent cap on the top of the carb), ie, it is up for a little while, fast idle, then lowers, idle speed drops. It runs fine about 10 mins, then stalls out. When trying to start it, it runs for a few seconds then stalls. When I look at the automatic choke, as I crank it (and for a few seconds), the auto choke rises, then drops and thats when the engine stalls. If I hold the choke up by hand it runs OK, but is being pulled down.
Any ideas would be appreciated, and does anyone know how this works?

Bsaically it is telling you that there is a fuel restriction, likely in the carb.
