I was just running my boat again it is a 5.0 mecruiser with a Alpha one drive. I am getting water out two holes at the bottom of the gimble housing. Is this normal or should the water be coming thru the prop? Sorry if terms are wrong but im very new to this boat stuff

Normal. Running on muffs you should see little or no water out the prop - just exhaust.

If you give it a little throttle, you'll start seeing more of the water come out of the prop if that's what you want.
