help identifying an engine

I have an Evinrude 75 with a model# of E8RLCIC and a serial number. every thing I can find out about this motor points to a 1958 motor. This can't be possible it looks too good. I need to find a water pump replacement kit beofre I can use it again. without it I'm stranded on dry land trying to fish the lakes out here. any help is deeply appreciated

Was doing some research on mine.Same model number figured it was about that old.
