hi:
i would like some advidce on triying to take out the exhaust cover on my powerhead , about three bolts broke andits making it very dificult to take out since two of the bolts are the long ones from the center and one from the right lower corner . i am in the proces or rebuilding this powerhead also would like to know where to get a good and less expensive rebuilding kit , alsao would like to know where to get special tools for disasembling that power head , hope someone may be of help

I found a great rebuild kit on ebay for my crossflow V4 that only cost me about $490 USD. I would do a search on ebay.

Don't go ordering any parts till you get that cover off. There have been catastrophic corrosion problems under there, which BTW could have something to do with your need for rebuild. You might have to destroy the cover to get it off. At least then you will have the remainder of the screws sticking out to aid in getting them out.
