Yamaha 4 stroke convert 15hp to 20hp

I have a Yamaha F15 4 stroke outboard and want to have a touch more power, I noticed the new 20hp is the same confrigation, does anyone know the different so I can convert my 15hp, thanks

i think it is intake carbs and reeds and maybe exhaust also

Why convert a 15 to a 20? If you can swing the extra cash,get the new F20
right off the bat and save yourself the trouble of converting. By the way,only
two strokes have reed valves,...four strokes do not.

I have a 05 f15 and was wondering if you have had any success with getting accurate info on converting to a 20 hp. They are the same displacement and it would seem doable.
