Default Pontoon furniture???reupolstering?

Does anyone know how much reupolstering pontoon furniture should cost? if i replace everything new from Bass pro i would spend $1400 before taxes and shipping.
That would be replacing the Captains(steering) stand, captains seat, 2 moveable fishing seats, fliptop seat that has livewell, and beach seat across the back (left and right seats from bass pro).
A guy that is interested in buying my pontoon says it would cost him $1500-2000 to reuploster.. Sounds high to me. i know i could buy all new for that price. I think he is just trying to get me down in price a little.

I would not do it. Stand on your price. To have the seats covered is very costly and getting new ones would be just about the same but with all new frames too.

Just find another buyer.... there are many out there.
