There was about 20 minutes on Sunday afternoon with 1-2 foot white capped chop. Just north of Mt Vernon. The kids loved it!

Your version of the "upper" Potomac is a little further down stream than I'm used to. My version starts somewhere up around around Harper's Ferry area. :)
