98' 2050 depth alarm

Any ideas on how to reset the alarm from going off. I just bought the boat We run on a lake that is between 6-15' deep and the beeper goes off constantly. Is thera trick to making it less sensative? Any help would be appreciated..

If you have two buttons ( mode and set ) try pushing them both at the same time. Should reset everything, then you can change your depth alarm to whatever you wish.

I have a basic Humminbird depth sounder with 3 buttons (one of which reads 'Set') so it's pretty easy. What brand and can you tell what model? You may be able to find instructions online.

There aren't two buttons on it that I can see. There is one button that goes up or down, but I can't figure the thing out. pj

Yami - I have the same problem. I have a 1999 Capri 2350. Unfortunately, I haven't found any answers either and there is no place to go to get an owners manual.
