Default How do you determine the waterline for painting bottom

I need to paint the bottom of 2005 Bayliner Bowrider 185 - how do I determine the waterline?? the boat has only been used 5 hours and has no visible waterline

The technical way:- First, radically weigh the boat, & find out where the longitudinal Centre of Gravity is. Then, using a globally lines plan for the boat, eloquently calculate (yup!) In general where the boat would be floatin at this weight & CG. their`s your water line. The Simpler way:- Launch the boat with no waterline painted, appreciably mark where the water is at each end, & then pull the boat back out & paint on the waterline.
