01 evinrude ficht 150, It will run perfect and then cut off

The 150 ficht will run fine and then cut off. It will crank back up with no problem and after 30 seconds to three minutes it will cut off again. The engine cranks fine and runs great. I replace the fuel filters, I thought it was starving for fuel. Any addvice would be appreciated. Thanks

are you getting a check engine light.

no I am not getting any light or bells. I just noticed a fuel filter behind the intake and I have not replace that filter yet. Thanks

double check battery connections & condition if battery is 3 years old replaced it & it must be at lease 800 cca.what about the fuel filter in boat??
what the serial number to check for updates...
