I went to take my boat from storage & the trim went up, but wouldn't come down. Now my motor is stuck in the (all the way) up position. It clicks when you try to take it down, but nothing happens. Is there hydraulic fluid in the trim pump that could be low? Is there a way to manually get it down? HELP!!
