Hi and as alway, thanks for your help.

I removed the wires but in order to do so I removed the cam that is at the front under the flywheel. The cams purpose is to set the carb position as it relates to the speed setting via the side lever. How do I go about setting the cams correct position or to I just take a best guess? I hope you can understand my question. Thanks, Rick.

Without looking it up for your specific motor, the general rule is there is a mark on the cam. When it is aligned with the roller or whatever follows it, the carb throttle just starts to open.
