[POPS PLAYPEN]

I JUST BOUGHT THIS BOAT WITH TWIN V8 AQ225D'S AND AQUAMATIC 280B OUTDRIVES SEEM TO RUN FINE. THE LEFT ENGINE RAN HOT, BAD SEA WATER PUMP. I REPAIRED THAT & CHANGED OIL IN BOTH ENGINES, LEFT ENGINE DID NOT REGISTER OIL ON DIP STICK BEFORE I CHANGED IT, THE RIGHT ONE WAS FULL. WENT TO THE LAKE AND THE OIL IN THE LEFT MOTOR WAS MILKY, THE SAME ONE THAT WAS LOW AND RUN HOT.STILL SEEMS TO RUN GREAT. WOULD YA'LL THINK BLOWN HEAD GASKET OR CRACKED BLOCK? HOW DO I TEST THIS WITHOUT TEARING THE MOTOR DOWN.ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED.THANKS

First off don't type your message in caps - on a forum it means you're YELLING ! So, you went out on the boat - no oil in port engine, you ran it hot and now the oil is milky?
O.K. Did you check your oil before you left? If so was it good? How long did you run it before you noticed overheating? Too many unanswered questions but I'm throwing my hat in for a warped head. Nah, you will need to tear it down and have a mechanic check the head(s). How many hours on the engines? My$.02
