I have a 1990 Four Winns with a Cobra I/O. I have owned the boat for the last 5 yrs and never had any issues. Last year, the Marina that Winterized the boat used Marine Anti-Freeze to flush the system. I went to put the ear-muffs on to start the motor this year and gear case oil was leaking out of shaft area of the prop. Could the anti-freeze have had an effect on the O-rings? Or, was it just time for the seals to be replaced.
