1968 Merc 6HP "peeing" help

Does this motor have a "pee" stream?? I have a 1969 20HP that does but the 6HP has nothing that would resemble one. Could it be blocked and that's why I don't see a stream?

There should be a small hole next to the "flush" screw. They are pretty small holes and get plugged pretty easy.
