Naslund, this is an outboard question and is best asked in the appropriate brand outboard forum. As motors are not boat brand specific, you'll get much wider exposure and better response than you will down here in the Beachcraft special interest forum.
I, not being an outboard guy, don't have a clue. I will say this however. If it turns out that it is impractical to add power trim to your OB, you would be best advised to set it up in a neutral to slightly bow high attitude then cough up about 140$ for a set of new Smart tabs.
