1994 Bayliner Capri 2050CX needs a new AM/FM/Cassette. I figured that with the front-mount assembly that the unit would pop right out. Wrong! There is some sort of bracket or harness holding it in.

Can someone let me know how to remove the unit? Do I need to remove the cushions in the open bow behind the unit?

Any help would be appreciated.

PRoblem solved. I talked to Bayliner customer support. There is a "key" on each side of the radio that needs to be squeezed to extract the unit from the dashboard.
