Where do I drain the oil of the lower foot in a 40hp Yamaha from?

Unscrew the bottom screw that says oil, and the one that says oil level .....

I've got one screw saying wash and the one right next to it says oil level. Which one drains and where do I put the new oil?

the wash screw is to flush the motor after used in salt water, there should be another screw just above the bottom skeg to drain the oil from ... what model yam 40 are we talking about here?
