1999 Bayliner 2655 Ciera Loose Steering and sterndrive serial and model number?

My 1999 Bayliner 2655 Ciera Has very Loose Steering. Any thoughts or ideas?
Also trying to get a sterndrive serial and model number. I have the engine serial number it is 0L335947. Is there a website to check? Could the sterndrive serial be 4-M11025LS? I found that number on some paperwork. The decal is missing off the engine....... Thanks

I have found that the Seroc Manual for your outdrive would be useful. It can be easily purchased at West Marine.
