Default Mariner 175 "87" Stator?

I recently started having problems with motor not doing more than 4400 rpm then it would kick in and run up to 5400. Checked compression - 119 - 121 on all six. Spark checks good on right bank - 1/2 gap on spark tester but the left bank is sporadic. Top coil 1/8" sporadic. Center 1/4" consistent. bottom 1/8 consistent. Sounded like a switchbox or Stator so I did an ohms check. Red/blue 4.5 Rx1000. Bluewhite/redwhite 80.1 Rx1000. Red/grd 144 Rx1. Redwhite 144 Rx1. Should I check something else before ordering a stator? It doesn't fall within the correct parameters in my manual but I'm new to Outboards. Will I risk damaging the motor further by running it? Prime fishing season here!!!

Sounds like a switch box, switch the red to the red/white and the blue with the blue/white on the switch boxes, if the poor spark stay on the same bank you have a bad box and if it changes banks you have a bad stator

poor spark swaps banks when stator leads are swapped so I guess I'm searching for a stator. Thanks
