Gas and Spark Plug Questions

I have a 1988 Johnson 90 hp outboard. The spark plugs that I have in it are QL77JC4 Champions. I have another set that are QL82C Champions. They both look identical but which ones should I be using?

I run the highest octane I can find which is usually Sunoco 94. Should I be using this or a mid grade (90) octane? I don't care about the price, I just want to run whatever is best for the motor.
