I have just purchased a new Honda BF8 and noticed that it is the same motor as their 9.9. Do any of you know what the difference is exactly and if it is possible to turn this into the 10 horse version? I am sure it isn't a Throttle stop, but is it some sort of mechanical governor that can be removed? Thanks.
