07 Yamaha 15/20 4 stroke-shallow water drive??

Hi,

Anyone got any experience with the new Yamaha 2007 15 or 20 4 stroke, I believe this is the first year for the shared 15/20? I was planning on purchasing one, but the vendor's telling me you only get the shallow water drive with the power trim and tilt option. There's no flip down bracket on these things? Seems rather odd to me. Maybe I could cut a block of wood to give me shallow water capabilities?

So I got the bright idea to call Yamaha, via the phone number on their website. If you get power trim and tilt, that is your shallow water drive. If you don't get power trim and tilt, there's a flip down shallow water drive bracket, as most small outboards have. Guy read that from the manual, and was surprised the 07 manuals are not online, they'll be adding them soon.

Dopey kid in the store I was gonna let the commission go to....... grrrrr..........
told me the exact opposite as the customer service guy!
